A financial aid initiative, the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship was started by the Commission on Higher Education. A common name for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship is the CHED TDP Program.
Scholarships are awarded to worthy and qualified students in the Philippines through the CHED TDP Scholarship. For the academic year 2024–2025, Congressman Eric Yap is encouraging any college students who are interested in applying to the CHED TDP Scholarship program.
CHED Tulong Dunong BENEFITS
Each CHED Scholar who qualifies for the CHED TDP Scholarship program will be awarded a scholarship amount of PHP 7,500.00 each semester.

CHED Tulong Dunong DOCUMENTS REQURIMENTS
- Completed Application Form (link provided below). – Two copies of the completed TDP-TES application form, with a 2×2 ID photo attached.
- Proof of enrollment should consist of one original and one photocopy of the first semester AY 2024–2025 Certificate of Registration or Enrollment (Certified True Copy will do);
- Certificate of Indigency of Parents/Guardian – One original and one photocopy of the Certificate of Indigency as evidence of income, both signed by the Punong Barangay where the petitioner resides. (Purpose: Financial assistance).
CHED Tulong Dunong Qualification
- The candidate needs to live in Benguet.
- All first-year students enrolled in any 4-year program are eligible for this grant, although they cannot already be receiving government funding.
- The applicant’s total household income cannot be more than PhP400,000.
- In State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), CHED-Recognized Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs), and CHED-Registered Private Higher Education Institutions (HEIS), the grantee must be enrolled in any first undergraduate degree program.

CHED Tulong Dunong Application timeline
The application form for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship program will be accepted beginning August 5, 2024.
Please be aware that applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. So please submit your application as soon as possible.

All interested and eligible college students can apply for the CHED TDP Scholarship program for the School year 2024-2025 by securing the Application form online and submitting the application form with requirements at the District Office.
