DOST S&T UNDER GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP 2025-2026

All Filipino youth are encouraged to apply for the DOST S&T Undergraduate Scholarship Program, which offers scholarships through its SEI (Science Education Institute). The 2025 DOST-SEI Scholarship gives incoming students new hope and opportunities.

DOST S&T Scholarship Benefits

Here are the Benefits of DOST S&T Scholarship 2025:

A. Regular Academic Year
Tuition and other school fees (for scholars enrolled in private HEIs)Actual fees up to ₱40,000.00 /AY
Learning Materials and/or Connectivity Allowance₱10,000.00 /AY
Monthly Living Allowance₱7,000.00 / month
Clothing Allowance₱1,000 (1st Sem of 1st Year only)
Transportation Allowance1 economy-class round trip fare
(for those studying outside of home province)
Group Accident and Health  InsurancePremium
Thesis Allowance₱10,000.00
Graduation Allowance₱1,000.00
B. Mid-Year Term1 Allowance (if required in the curriculum)

Mid-Year Term1 Allowance (if required in the curriculum)

  1. Tuition and other school fees – Actual fees up to ₱10,000.00
  2. Learning Materials and/or Connectivity Allowance – ₱2,000.00
  3. Monthly Living Allowance – ₱7,000.00 / month for two months

Dost S&T Undergraduate Scholarship Documents Required

Here are the list of Dost S&T Undergraduate Scholarship Documents Requirements to apply:

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character,
  • Certificate of Good Health,
  • Principal’s Certification:
    • Applicant who is Grade 12 Graduating or Graduated Student in the STEM Strand.
    • Applicant who is Grade 12 Graduating/Graduated student in NON-STEM strand and belongs to the upper 5% of the class
    • Applicant who is attending homeschool
    • Applicant who is  under the Alternative Learning System
    • Applicant who graduated in High School before the K-12 program and belongs to the upper 5% of the graduating class
  • Certificate of Residency
  • Parent’s Certification – Applicant has no pending immigration application to another country
  • DOST-SEI Scholarship Examination/Award
  • Applicant’s Certification of No Post-Secondary Units
  • Signed Declaration of Applicant and the Parent/Legal Guardian
