ACEF APPLICATION REQURIMENTS
- Be a filipino
- Must be a graduating high school student, a high school graduate, or have achieved college academic units related to the identified degree programs.
- Will enroll or are presently enrolled in approved PHEI programs or authorized SUC/LUC programs in agriculture, forestry, fisheries, veterinary medical education, and other associated agricultural education programs;
- The combined annual gross income of parents/guardians shall not exceed (PHP 400, 000.00).
CHED ACEF-GIAHEP Document Requirements
Certified true copy of Birth Certificate;
- Academic Requirement:
1) For senior high school graduates-Form 138;
2) For graduating senior high school students – duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and 1st semester of Grade 12; and
3) For applicants with earned units in college – duly certified copy of graduates for the latest semester /term attended; - Proof of income – ANY of the following;
1) Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parent/s guardian/s if employed;
2) Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
3) Certificate of No Income from BIR; or
4) Certificate/Case Study Report from the City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWD) - Proof that the student applicant belonged to special group/s (if applicable)
