CHED TES Eligibility Criteria
- Be a filipino
- undergraduate students enrolled in SUCs, LUCs and private HEI’s And programs in the CHED Registry
- No previous undergraduate degree
- Not overstaying in the program (e.g 4 or 5 + one-year grace period)
- Must not have an existing national government-funded scholarship
CHED TES Benefits

Prioritization for new TES slots under MC.2 series 2024,section 1
- Students from households rated by household per capita income who are enrolled in SUCs, LUCs, or private HEIs, including PNSL, or who are included in the most recent listahanan of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) or any other approved beneficiary-targeting scheme.
- According to the DSWD’s list, which ranks all SUCs, LUCs, and private HELs, including PNSL, by household per capita income, students from other low-income households, including those enrolled in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino program (4ps),
- Other low-income students enrolled at private HEIs in cities or municipalities without SUCs or LUCs (PNSL) who do not fall within the first or second priority categories, if there are still openings.
