DOST CALABARZON Requirements
- Filipino citizen with no pending or authorized application for immigration to any foreign country.
- Must not be more than 15 years old by june 30,2023
- Good health and fit
- He/she not previously applied for admission in philippine science high school
- He or she has a final grade of 85% or greater in science and mathematics, as evidenced by the student’s report card from grade 5 in the school year 2023-2024. If a student’s grade in science and mathematics is less than 85%, he or she must give proof that he or she belongs to the top 10% of the class.
- He or she character rating in the report card for grade 5 in sy 2023-2024
