SM Scholarship Requirements
- Those who are form Grade 12 Graduates from Private and Public Schools in areas Covered.
- Scholar form Private School must have a DepED Voucher and he or she must be a Grade 10 Finishers Form any Public High Schools.
- General Weighted Average Grade of at-least 92% or equivalent
- Annual Household income not more than P250,000

- Latest Income Tax Returns of Guardian or Parents or
Non-filing certificate of Income or - Certificate of Indigency
- 2×2 ID Picture (2 Copies)
- Birth Certificate
- Grade 12 report Card (Latest)
- Filled Online Application with required documents Attachments
- Sketch of Home to any nearest SM Mall.
SM Scholarship Monthly Allowance
SM Scholarship The monthly allowance would be PHP 2,000 for students studying in Providence and PHP 3,000 for those studying in Manila.

- Submit SM Scholarship Online Application.
- Submit all Supporting Documents Copy
- Confirm you are Application
- Wait for the Notification from SM Foundation.
- You need to pass the Online Examination
- You will get a Virtual Home Visit
- Online Interview
- Orientation and Contract need to be Signed and finally
- Confirmation of your Course and your School.

SM Scholarship Monthly Allowance
