The new tes slots for 1st semester ay 2023-2024 shall be divided equally between students from private HEIs, including PNSL and public HEIs(SUCs and LUCs)
For the available funds students applicants shall be ranked by the Unifast secretariat using the latest listahanan ranked according to per capita household income
