The VSF Scholarship Program’s goal is to assist financially disadvantaged students from public high schools who are academically proficient but lack the resources to pursue a college education. The number of scholars gradually expanded over the years. Education accounts for 80% of VSF overall activity.
Vicsal Foundation Scholarship Benefits
- Full payment of tuition fees and other school fees per semester
- Monthly allowance (PHP 3000)Book allowance (PHP 3000) per semester
- Graduation fee and reimbursement up to (PHP 2000) for scholar graduate
Vicsal Foundation Scholarship Required Documents
- PSA / NSO birth certificate
- Grade 12 first semester report card
- Certificate of good moral certificate
- Parents / guardian’s income tax return or tax exemption certificate
- Application’s barangay clearance
- 2×2 color picture
Vicsal Foundation Scholarship Qualification
- Must be a graduate or graduating students an any public senior high school, with general average not below than 88% and with grade per subject lower than 80%
- Must be a good moral character and possess leadership skills
- Annual gross and income of both parents – guardians must not be a more than PHP 300,000.00 for a family with single earner of not more than PHP 150,000.00
- Must not accept any other scholarship grants will be enlisted in the scholarship.

Interested applicants may submit their documents to any metro GAISANO retail; stores, metro fresh and easy customer service center, or center, or scholarship offices of USC,USJR, and CIT-U
