Step 2: Eligibility Check
Step 3: Fill out the Complete Details and uploading the Documentary Requirements:
- Personal Information,
- Contract Information,
- Family Information,
- Basic Education Information,
- HEI Information,
- Special Eligibility,
- Requirements Documentary and
- Declaration.
AHME Scholarship Documentary Requirements
All the Documents must be converted in PDF Format except 2×2 picture (Documents allowed .jpg or .png)
- Citizenship Documents
- Birth Certificate – (PSA) Philippines Statistics Authority,
- 2×2 ID Picture with White Background, along with nametag,
- The Certificate of Residency from Barangay where the applicant resides,
- Form 138 for Senior High School Graduates.
- Test Passer Certificate for an Alternative Learning System (ALS) Graduate,
- Latest income (ITR) Tax Return Both parents if they are working,
- The Certificate of Indigence form his or her Barangay with DSWD/MSSD,
- DSWD/MSSD from case study report.
- Proof of Income latest copy of income
Benefits:
The nominated for scholarship will receive,php-30,000 financial benefits per semster
