- The applicant must not have received any TDP, TES, STuFAP, or other government-funded scholarships in the preceding academic year.

CHED Documents Requirements
submit the following to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS, MMSU Batac Campus, Back of the Covered Court):
- A duly signed Certificate of Registration or Enrollment for the Second Semester of the School Year 2023-2024. Secure this document from the University / College Registrar.
- An original and recent copy of the Certificate of Indigency as proof of income, issued by the Punong Barangay where the applicant resides.
